Lavender Syrup





I love this syrup in my morning coffee!

  1. Bring  1 1/2 cup of agave syrup and 1/2 cup water to boil in a saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in 1/2 cup of fresh lavender flowers or 1/4 cup of dried flowers.
  4. Let steep at least one hour.
  5. Strain and refrigerate the syrup.

Use in coffee, tea, lemonade.  Pour over pancakes or ice cream.  Or you’ll discover your own delicious ways to use this syrup.
