I love this syrup in my morning coffee!
- Bring 1 1/2 cup of agave syrup and 1/2 cup water to boil in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of fresh lavender flowers or 1/4 cup of dried flowers.
- Let steep at least one hour.
- Strain and refrigerate the syrup.
Use in coffee, tea, lemonade. Pour over pancakes or ice cream. Or you’ll discover your own delicious ways to use this syrup.
